2012 Annual Youth Ski Trip: Monday, January 16, 2012
Wintergreen Ski Resort
This year all middle and sr. high youth are invited to join us for an all-day ski trip to
Wintergreen Ski Resort. We are partnering with C&R Outfitters in Hillsborough for the trip. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis so youth will want to register ASAP to get a seat. Registration is not final until I have ALL forms and deposit in hand. The deadline to register is Sunday, Nov. 27. To register, you need to turn in your UCCH medical release form (If I don't already have one on file for 2011-2012 year), a $50 deposit, a Wintergreen liability waiver form, and your ski trip registration and behavior contract form. Friends are invited to attend, but they must provide all the necesary paperwork as well.

(Please download the forms and return them by Sunday, Nov. 27. I know several of you already filled out the "old" form, but please do fill-out the new form as well and turn it in as details and costs have changed. Thank you.)
